All clubs need to have a President. Having a VP is optional, however. The Presidents job includes accepting/declining new members to the club, creating contests/clubs, and making threads for the club.
While you don't have to be a mod to become a president, you will be given mod powers for your club. This doesn't make you a Mod for Meadows, just for the one club.
